Yoga classes are offered with intentions to nurture the body and mind while gaining further connection to our natural environment. In class, you will learn about proper posture, alignment, muscle engagement, breathing and meditation.

Yoga means union. It is important to embrace our innate connection to Earth. Being embraced by a natural landscape is peaceful and invigorating. The essence of nature is in each one of us. Practice yoga in nature with Sol Seed.
Eliminate pain and improve posture.
Mindfulness is practiced and performed through everyday actions. Yoga raises your energy to a higher state and inspires each of your actions to be practiced with a mindful approach. Yoga is the vehicle and mindfulness is the practice. Meditation is a great tool for us to cope with stress and anxiety. During yoga class, you will practice meditation and mindful movement.
Yoga has many physical benefits. By elongating the spine we correct our desk-slouch and by stretching muscles we alleviate the tension we hold. A lot of our back, neck and shoulder pain come from stress. Starting at the shoulders and radiating down the spine, leaving our lower back in horrible shape. The aches and pains in our joints, wrists and feet can also be cured through the physical practice of yoga.
